Job description
Bradford Metropolitan Distract Council is looking for a Team Manger to join their Learning Disabilities team. This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Team Manger will have knowledge and experience working in Learning disabilities environment. The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Learning Disabilities/Transitions Team Manager:
- Work with service users with varying learning disabilities into adulthood, specifically ages 14-25
- Supervision of staff looking after service users
- Promote and maintain independence of service users
- Constant monitoring and reviewing of cases within the team
Requirements of you as a Learning Disabilities/Transitions Team Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Have competent knowledge and experience of Learning Disabilities/Transitions work
Location: Bradford Civic Centre
Umbrella pay rate: £50.00
