Team Manager (Fostering)

A Children's Charity are looking for Team Manager for their well-thought of Family Placement (Fostering) service. This is a permanent and part-time position.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

• Overseeing a team of Social Workers
• Quality Assurance
• Supervision and Practice
• Contribution to Business Development
• Overseeing Foster Carer Recruitment & Attrition
• Managing & contributing to Foster Carer & staff training
• Maintaining equality & diversity

Requirements of you as Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
• Experience of working within a management position in Children's Social Work
• Experience of working within Fostering, ideally in an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity
• An excellent knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering

Location: Glasgow

Salary Scale: £35,271 - £44,172 d.o.e pro rata + benefits
