Job description
A developing Local Authority is looking for a Violence Vulnerability Exploitation Team Manager to join their team in North London. As a successful Team Manager, you will deliver intensive outreach intervention with young people at high risk of becoming involved in group related offending.
This is a full-time, permanent position. As the ideal Team Manager, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of legislative framework and polices relating to young people services. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:
- Provide regular, high quality, challenging and reflective supervision of staff
- Develop a service consistent with models of partnership
- Ensure staff are provided with excellent management, supervisor, and personal development
- Maintain a high standard of the team's record keeping
Requirements of you as the Team Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration with Social Work England
- Relevant knowledge of the legislation, policies and Procedures
- Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: North London
Salary: up to £57,000
