We are recruiting for a Fostering Team Manager to join an Independent Fostering Agency.

About the team

This team recognises hard work and supports you in your career progression. As a Team Manager you lead, motivate, and guide a team of social workers to ensure a high quality of care is provided.

About you

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying managerial experience in fostering. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
