Are you an experienced Team Leader within the Social Care sector?

My client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established care home in Goring. The care home is family owned and they specialise in providing care and support to elderly individuals with dementia.

As a Team Leader you'll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You'll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.

Requirements of the Health Care Assistant include:

  • Experience working with Dementia
  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Commitment to work long days and weekends
  • Good standard of written English for report writing
  • Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
  • Real passion for making a difference in a vulnerable individual's life

Location: Goring-on-Thames

Role: full time 40 hours
