My client is a national charity of residential and community services for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities across the UK. This includes caring for vulnerable adults with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injuries, and other related disabilities resulting from stroke or an accident.
The ideal Team Leader must hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to complete the qualification within 12 months.
