Are you an experience Support Worker or Team Leader looking for a new challenge?

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader with experience of learning disabilities, mental health and autism to support the service manager across their supported living services.

Do you have:

• Experience of managing a staff team to ensure a person centred outcome
• Developing a staff team through training, supervision, appraisal and on going development
• Maintaining company ethos and values
• The ability to promote positive behavioural management
• Ability to promote and nurture good practice
