Job description
Support Worker required to support a Young Care Leavers Service in Reading. Our client supports young people aged 16-21 years with emotional behavioural difficulties, mental health, promoting their independence and setting them up for adult hood.
Duties include; record keeping, absence logging, following care plans, lone working, supporting young people with appointments, cooking, cleaning, cv writing, job applications, college applications, social events. You will also be liaising with parents, social services, the police and social workers.
Shifts Available:
8:00-15:00/15:00-22:00
Sleep-in 23:00-8:00
Monday - Sunday

Requirements for you as the Support Worker:
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
