I am recruiting for Support Workers to work in a specialist day and residential SEN school for young people with high functioning Autism and ASD in Frome, Somerset.

This is an excellent role to experience the beauty of working with Children, obtain qualifications and progress into management further down the line.

You'll be promoting the independence of children and young people to make their own and right decisions, deliver support to their individual needs and make a difference to their lives. This role will include working with difficult behaviour, complex needs and you'll need to be able to solve problems quickly. In rewards to your hard work, there is a lot on offer.
