You will be working for a leading charitable provider that specialises in supporting vulnerable adults within the community This is a full time, permanent role that pays £11.95 . As a support worker, you will deliver high quality and person centred care to adults that have learning disabilities and autism within supported living services in Wandsworth. You will enable and empower them through communication and activities.

To be successful you must:

• Have proven experience in residential or supported living care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, or physical disabilities.
• Have knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
• Be committed and passionate in delivering high quality care
• Be energetic and have great communication skills

The successful senior support worker will receive:

• £11.95 per hour
• Guaranteed contracted hours of 37.5 hours a week
• A mixture of early, late and mid shifts with sleep ins at £50
• £100 for successful completion of probation
