My client is an ambitious local council who are opening up new children's homes in Doncaster. We are looking to hire Support Worker for their brand new children's home for young people in care.
Working in a residential children's home includes supporting young people with daily routine such as washing, cleaning, meal times and homework, supporting them in their interests and hobbies, de-escalation of challenging behaviour including physical and verbal aggression.
This is a full-time permanent role that includes shift patterns covering weekdays, weekends, long days, and overnight stays.
If you had experience working with children, or experience working with young adults with challenging behaviours then I would like to hear from you. Someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about supporting young people.

What are the requirements:
- Ideally experience working with children and young people (schools, youth work, fostering, SEN education or children in care)
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (preference)
