Support Worker

We are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join our team of Support Workers.

You will be supporting children aged from 8-19 years within the residentail facilities onsite of the SEN School which is based in the countryside outside of Guildford, Surrey. The young people have autism and may display minimal challenging behaviours.

As a Support Worker you will be expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, inclusion and independance.

Daily tasks will include- getting involved in activities, housekeeping tasks, basic meal preparation and providing emotional support.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 14:00pm-22:30pm or 07:00am-14:30pm.

Requirements for you as a Support Worker:

• Full UK Drivers License (due to rural location)
• Experience in Social Care or working with young people
• Qualification related to social care desirable
• Proactive and reliable
• hardworking and dedicated

Pay rate: £11.00-12.00 per hour + holiday pay accrued hourly.
