I am looking for a fun, positive, energetic, and motivated Support Worker to work with a specialist charity which support adults and young adults with learning disabilities and autism based in Torquay, Devon.

You will be working in a residential learning disabilities home, supporting the young adults to live their own lives, assist with daily duties, activities and day trips and ensuring they have the best possible opportunities.

Experience not necessary, you just need passion, positivity, personality and to work well within a team!

On offer as a Support Worker is a pay rate of £9.91 - £10.51 per hour on a permanent Full Time (40 Hours) contract. The rota includes NO NIGHTS or SLEEP INS, and is 2 days on 2 days off on either 12 hour shifts or 6 hour shifts.

The successful applicant must have :

• Prior experience working in social care with adults or children
• Flexibility to work shifts, alternate weekends and 40 hour weeks
• Commitment to training, development and qualifications
• Energy, positive attitude and passion for working with learning disabilities
