We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist young people with physical disabilities at an SEN school in Alton, Hampshire.

As a Support Worker you will be based within the therapeutic children's homes on site with a supportive and friendly team alongside you.

Tasks include personal care, assisting with daily tasks and supporting with the young people's routine. You will also be promoting inclusion and independence as well as getting involved in various day trips and sensory based activities with the young people.
