My client is a progressive client looking after children with challenging. Working with some of the most vulnerable children within a residential enviroment that provides a home from home and a safe environment for the children and young people to grow and learn. Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

  • The desire, passion and empathy to work with Children and Young people
  • A willingness to work towards their Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforces
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with residents, parents, and other professionals
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Computer literate with the ability to comprehensively record and report
  • Committed to ongoing progression and training
  • A calm and consistent approach to support
