Support Worker

This Support Worker opportunity could be a new direction for your career, based just outside of Basingstoke, Hampshire. As a support worker you will be working alongside a supportive team network within a small children's home environment. There is even a dog onsite to add to the family feel.

Most of the young people aged between 8-18 years are on the autistic spectrum or have experienced trauma in their past backgrounds so require a nurturing approach and emotional support.

Tasks include Day trips, outdoor and indoor activities, report writing, meal preparation, general housekeeping duties etc.

Shift options: can include long day shifts 07:00am-22:00pm as well as shorter days such as 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 10:00-22:00 etc.

Requirements for you as a Support Worker:

• Passionate and determined to help others.
• Experience working in a social care or education environment with children or adults.
• Able to reliably commute to the Basingstoke, Hampshire

Pay rate:- starting at £10.00- £14.69 per hour + holiday pay.
