Support Worker

We are recruiting for Support Workers to provide support to Vulnerable Adults within Residential Care Homes across Slough.

You will need to have experience working with vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour, very complex needs, personal care and encouraging independence.

To be considered for this Support Worker position, you must have:

• Social Care expeirience is desirable
