We are looking for a Support Worker to assist young people with physical disabilities at an SEN school based in Alton, Hampshire.

As a Support Worker you will be supporting within the therapeutic childrens homes on site with a supportive and friendly team alongside you.

Tasks include personal care, assisting with daily tasks and following the individuals routine and care plan. You will also be promoting inclusion and independence as well as getting involved in various day trips and sensory based activities with the young people.
