Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people?
We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across Horsham, supporting young males in a therapeutic residential setting.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping young people recover from trauma and build brighter futures. You'll provide consistent, nurturing care and create a safe, stable environment where young people feel valued and supported.
Your responsibilities as the support worker will include:
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
Supporting daily routines, education, and leisure activities
Encouraging personal growth through structure, consistency, and achievable goals
Using positive behaviour support strategies such as reward charts and planned free time
Ensuring the home is warm, safe, and welcoming at all times
Supporting emotional wellbeing and assisting young people in processing their experiences
About You:
We welcome experienced support workers as well as those new to the field who are committed to learning and professional development. You should have:
A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable young people
Patience, empathy, and resilience
A willingness to undertake training and work towards relevant qualifications
Experience working with young people or in residential care is desirable but not essential
A valid driving licence or reliable transport (due to rural home location in Horsham)
What We Offer:

Full induction and ongoing training
Funded qualifications, such as NVQs in Residential Childcare
Clear pathways for progression and career development
A supportive and close-knit team environment
The chance to truly make a difference every day
