Dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and those at risk in the Poole and Bournemouth areas. We work across a wide range of services including:

We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Build trusting relationships with individuals with complex needs
• Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Help people access healthcare, housing, benefits, and other services
• Work collaboratively with local partners and agencies
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans

About You:

• Experience working with vulnerable adults
• A non-judgmental, empathetic approach
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full driving licence and access to transport is desirable
