Support Worker - Semi-Independent Living (Young People, 16+)
Location - Wiltshire
Pay - £12.21-£12.50 per hour | Paid weekly | Flexible hours
Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve independence and thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join a semi-independent living service in Wiltshire, working with young people aged 16+.
Please note: This role is only open to applicants who already have the legal right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship at this time.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping young people build essential life skills and gain confidence to live independently. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting young people during property visits and transitions
Assisting with housing-related tasks (e.g. maintenance issues)
Accompanying to community appointments
Liaising with social workers, healthcare teams, and other professionals
Shifts Available
Monday to Sunday
09:00-17:00 or 11:00-19:00
(Full-time and part-time hours available)
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting young people aged 16+
Is confident, compassionate, and reliable
- Is a driver with access to their own vehicle
