Support Worker

This role is for a support worker who has experience working with care leavers aged 16-25 in semi-independent services.
This role is based near Shepherd's Bush.
The client is looking for candidates who can work Night Shifts.

Requirements as a Support Worker.
- Previous experience working with young people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to respond effectively to challenging behaviours.
- Great passion and empathy for challenging needs.
- Enhanced adult's and child's DBS on the update service
- Able to travel to and around Shepherd's Bush.
Responsibilities as a Support Worker.
- To support the physical and emotional well-being.
- To safeguard young people through collaborative working.
- To assist in the implementation of a trauma-informed environment.
- Maintain professional contact with parents or guardians.
- Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately.
