This role is for a support worker who has experience working with care leavers aged 16-25 in semi-independent services.

This role is based near Shepherd's Bush.

The client is looking for candidates who can work Night Shifts.

Requirements as a Support Worker.

• Previous experience working with young people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to respond effectively to challenging behaviours.
• Great passion and empathy for challenging needs.
• Enhanced adult's and child's DBS on the update service
• Able to travel to and around Shepherd's Bush.

Responsibilities as a Support Worker.

• To support the physical and emotional well-being.
• To safeguard young people through collaborative working.
• To assist in the implementation of a trauma-informed environment.
• Maintain professional contact with parents or guardians.
• Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately.
