Support Worker

Support Worker required to support our client in Salisbury working in a residential service supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

About the role:

You will be promoting the Independence of people, supporting a full range of daily activities including cooking, cleaning and days out. Arranging activities in the home, helping residents stay safe and healthy and assisting with personal care.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself.

Pay starts from £11.50 per hour PAYE and £15.10 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Support Worker:

• Experience in Support Work with vulnerable adults.
• Confident in working independently and being proactive.
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS

Shift Times for you as a Support Worker:

• Monday - Sunday Flexible hours available.
• Full or Part Time Opportunities.
• Potential block bookings / temporary to permanent opportunities.
• 7am-3pm / 2pm - 10pm / 7am-10pm
