My client, a national provider who support children and young people who have suffered abuse, neglect and have developed behavioural difficulties, are looking to hire Support Workers in their purpose-built children's home in Cardiff.

Children's Support Worker duties:

• Assisting the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
• Displaying yourself as an appropriate role model
• Demonstrating a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience
• Encouraging positive life experiences for the children

Children's Support Worker Benefits:

• Basic salary £24,336.00 Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 pa)
