The home currently supports vulnerable children and young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties. Support Worker benefits on offer:

Support Worker responsibilities:
- Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs
- 1-2 sleep-ins per week
- Shift pattern is either 3-on, 6-off or 2-on, 4-off
- Display yourself as an appropriate role model
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
- Encourage positive life experiences for the children
