Support Worker

Do you have experience supporting vulnerable adults facing homelessness?

I am looking for an experienced support worker who has experience working in an environment with service users that struggle with drug and alcohol abuse and homelessness.

Your main responsibilities would be ensuring effective professional relationships with the service users, maintaining a safe environment, assess and manage risk for the individuals in the service and managing challenging situations.

• Holiday pay - 12.07%

Shift Pattern:

• Monday - Friday
• 9-5

Requirements for you as the Support Worker:

• Experience in a homelessness service
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
• Be able to travel to Oxford
