Supervising Social Worker

A family-owned, small, Therapeutic Fostering Agency are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their office in Suffolk. As the supervising Social Worker, you will be covering a caseload of up to 8 fostering families to enable the level of support that they pride themselves on. This role is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility for home working.

You will be providing support, supervision, and training to Foster Carers, whilst also working with Foster Carers to ensure CIC Care Plans are continually monitored and worked towards

The ideal candidate will have fostering experience, and will be a qualfied and registered SWE social worker.
