Supervising Social Worker

A fostering agency rated "Good" by Ofsted are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team, covering the Anglia area. This is a part- time, homebased, permanent position with a 3 day work week.

You will be home based and covering Norfolk and Suffolk.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Supervise foster carers and place children in foster homes
• Undertake home visits and be a point of contact
• Provide advice and guidance for foster carers
• Contribution to Foster Carer training

Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Experience of working within children social work
• A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to children Social Care
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Homebased - Covering Norfolk and Suffolk

Salary: up to £42,000 FTE
