This 73 bed residential and nursing home near Bordon is looking for a an agency Staff Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly social care team. Rated Good by the CQC this home cares for elderly residents with dementia and is in need of a caring Staff Healthcare Assistant to help support them in their most vulnerable time.

There are many benefits to working in this home, for example you have no set days of work and instead you have full flexibility to choose which days you work. There will be consistent day and night shifts on offer a month in advance and last minute shifts to help fit with your schedule. Plus you will have unlimited annual leave and be able to take time off whenever you would like.

Days: 07:30 -20:00
Nights: 20:00 -07:30

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 6 months experience as a HCA in the UK
Experience in the social care sector in care homes or with the elderly
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Be local or be able to commute to Bordon
