Social Worker Team Manager

Northeast Lincolnshire Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker Team Manager.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities as a Social Worker Team Manager:

• Previous experience of working within a similar position, working as a Children's Team Manager in the Court and Safeguarding Services.
• Manage a team of social workers and family support workers.
• To work collaboratively with other Team Managers to fairly and effectively allocate cases.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have:

• Valid Social Work England Registration.
• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Dip SW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed.
• Driver's License preferable.

Umbrella pay rate: £45.00 p/h.
