Social Worker - Mental Health

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for a Social Worker on a Locum basis in Devon to join a Mental Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in working in Mental Health teams.

We are looking for hardworking, passionate Social Workers who want to make a difference within a Mental Health Team. You will be required to carry out the best level of care and services for the benefit of the service user.

Responsibilities

• Working with vulnerable adults that have Mental Health Difficulties
• Carry out Mental Capacity Act Assessments
• Carry out Care Act 2014 Assessments
• Implementing Care plans and packages
• Working with other practitioners for the best interest of the service user
• Undertaking Face to Face visits

Requirements:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Active Social Work England registration
• 2 years post qualifying UK experience
