We are looking for 2 passionate, hardworking Social Workers to work in Newham in the Mental Health Adults Social Care Access team!

• To conduct Social Care Act assessment
• To compile and attend Tribunal and Social Circumstances hearing
• To conduct sec42 (safeguarding)
• To work as part of the Primary Care Network
• If candidate is an AMHP to work on the AMHP duty Rota. (Not a necessity)
• To conduct reviews and negotiate for funding for packages of support.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have

• Valid Social Work England Registration

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed
