A Local Authority in Oxfordshire is looking for a Social Worker to join their Hospital Team on a locum bases within the John Radcliffe Hospital, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £38.00 per hour.

Responsibilities for you as a Social Worker:

• Completing D2A Assessments
• Working towards KPIs
• Undertaking Face to Face clients visits
• Caseholding
• Multiprofessional working
• Completing Safeguarding Assessments
• Evidence based Practice

Requirements of you as a Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Significant Adults experience
