Social Worker - Court Team

A Local Authority in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Social Worker to join in their Court Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience working in Court focussed environment. The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Court Team Social Worker:

• Carry out high quality assessments for service users and their families
• Be a part of court proceedings
• Provide concise reports in Court sessions including Viability Assessments, Parenting Assessments, Special Guardianship Assessments, Section 7 and Section 37 reports
• Produce care plans

Requirements of you as a Court Team Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

• A valid Social Work England registration
• Full UK driving license and vehicle is essential to this role
• Have competent knowledge of working in a court environment

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Umbrella pay rate: £42.00 per hour
