Social Worker - Court Team

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an experienced Social Work Practitioner on a Locum basis in Bromley to join a Court team working with Children. you must have knowledge and understanding of current issues in social work particularly relating to Child Protection, including assessment, court work and care packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in working in Court Teams and Managerial roles.

We are looking for hardworking, passionate Social Workers who want to make a difference within a Court Team to achieve the best outcome for Looked After Children. You will be required to carry out the best level of care and services for the benefit of the service user.

This position requires recent court experience and would be keen to join a team that specialises in court work within a Safeguarding Service. Managerial experience is also highly desirable as the role requires you to work with line managers to ensure there is good communication and that all parties are working jointly to achieve the best outcome for the child.

Requirements:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Active Social Work England registration
• 2 years post qualifying UK experience
