Social Worker - Court

A Local Authority in central London is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join in their Court Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience working in a court environment. The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Court Team Senior Social Worker:

• Manage cases within court proceedings from initial hearing to final
• Produce good standard of report writing and be able to give evidence in court
• Undertake viability assessment and parenting assessments
• Takes on cases within care proceedings

Requirements of you as a Court Team Senior Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge of children legislation

Location: South-East England, Central London

Umbrella pay rate: £37.00 per hour
