Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team based within London.

This post requires a Social Work Qualification of a minimum 2 year post experience.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable adults that have learning difficulties. The team supports those by working with other practitioners within the service to benefit their needs. Essential day to day duties of this post will involve, face to face meetings, undertaking a complex care and carrying out assessments within the service.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Candidates with experience of working with learning disabilities, older people, physical disabilities and complex care team will be disred for this post. The successful candidate will have experience of working with Mental Capacity Act, Care Act 2014, and Section 42.
