Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join a Learning disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience to apply.

About the team

In this team you will work with young adults to help transition them into a more independent style of living as an adult. Face to face visits are required but a flexible management ensures the ability to work from home on allocated days.

About you

You will be experienced in working within Adult Services. Previous experience within Learning Disability or Transitions Teams would be beneficial. You must have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Adult Social Work setting are essential for this position.
