Job description
We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to carry a caseload around Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
About the team
This leading fostering service is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You'll be working with, and advocating for children, encouraging their individuality, and promoting their positive development. Participating in the out-of-hours service is mandatory.
About you
The successful candidate will need a good working knowledge of Children's Social Work and up-to-date understanding of relevant legislations. You must have a BA Honors or master's in social work with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Children's setting, including direct experience of Fostering.
