An East London based "Outstanding" Local Authority is looking for a Social or Senior Social Worker to join their Children with disabilities service. You will be working with children with a range of disabilities and will identify and assess levels of risk and need (within statutory frameworks) in often complex situation. This is a full-time and permanent position. You will be based in the office 3 times a week in Ilford.

Your responsibilities:

Undertaking Assessments
Producing Court statements
Formulating and Implement Care Plans
Assess and Identify levels of risk

Requirements of you:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid registration with Social Work England
Significant experience of working within Children and Families Teams
Experience of working within child protection and court work
Safeguarding/child protection experience
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: East London

Salary: Social Worker £38,607 to £43,815 + ££416 per month supplement, Senior SW £43,815 to £49,890 + £416 per month supplement
