A Local Authority in Suffolk is looking for a Part Time Independent Reviewing Officer within Children Social Work to join their Quality Assurance Team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of you as a Part Time Independent Reviewing Officer:

• Involvement in LAC reviews and CP Conferences
• Ability to provide knowledge and guidance to colleagues regarding LAC and CP proceedings.
• Legislation and Process knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and therefore correctly advocate for them

across the service. Requirements of you as a Part Time Independent Reviewing Officer:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience as a Independent Reviewing Officer
