A Local Authority in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Team Manager within Childrens Social Work to join their Adoption Team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £48.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of you as a Team Manager:

• Inspiring leadership and management to promote timely and effective adoption support .
• To manage a high-quality adoption service ensuring that comprehensive support services
• Ability to work flexible hours to fit with the needs of young people and families
• Work with Case Management systems and ensure management information is well maintained

Requirements of you as a Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience as a Team Manager
