Job description

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities team in South Wales.

About the team

To be a part of the team, you will need to work alongside a multi-agency team of professionals in partnership with families, complete Wellbeing Assessments, child protection enquiry and develop and review care and support plans. You will be required to participate in the team duty rota and regular team meetings.

About the role

You will need a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience. It is essential you have previous experience working with Children with Disabilities and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
