This locum role is based in Medway and is a fantastic opportunity for social workers with Team Management experience. It offers a brilliant pay rate of up to £42 per hour. The Team Manager role will require you to manage a group of social workers and senior practitioners who will be allocated Referrals and Assessments on Children and Families within the Medway area. As a team manager you will need to have excellent assessment skills in order to ensure you are carrying out the correct judgement.

Requirement:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Active Social Work England registration
• Experience of working within children social work (ASYE)
• Competent knowledge and experience of working as a Team Manager for an R&A Team
