We are looking for a lively, confident individual to join our Social Care Team, purely delivering candidates for roles the consultants have already secured.

One of the most common complaints about Recruitment is the fact you have to cold call clients, trying to build new business. If you are more interested in building relationships with only candidates, then this could be the role for you!

What would you be doing?

• Assessing candidates through their CV's
• Calling and qualifying suitable candidates.
• Liaising with the team regarding new opportunities available.
• Administrative support on the CRM
• Sourcing candidates through job boards
• Approaching passive candidates on LinkedIn
• Calling through previous candidates on the CRM
• Writing adverts

You

• You should be a good communicator - verbally and written
• Extremely comfortable on the phone
• Hard-working
• Patient and Resilient
• Previous experience in telephone-focused roles and/or admin roles would be beneficial.
