Service Manager - EDT and MASH Team

Nottingham City Council are recruiting a Service Manager for their EDT and MASH team. This is a locum position.

The ideal Service Manager will be an experienced and skilled leader with a proven ability of overseeing and continuously improving services to deliver outstanding outcomes.

MASH experience would be prefered and due to the teams are back working in the office, the Service Manager would need to have a regular prescene in the office.

Your responsibilities as the Service Manager:

• Ensure that operationally the day-today functioning of the youth service is delivered to a high standard
• Develop relevant, effective and easily accessible services
• Identify staff learning and development needs
• Attend, organise and chair meetings

Requirements of you as the Service Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Significant experience of working within Child Protection
• Experience of working within Assessments
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Nottingham City

Umbrella Rate: up to £450.00 per day
