A large, outstanding rated, Children provider require a Senior Support Worker to join their team their service in Worcester.

About the company

My client has a extremely strong background with over 90 years combined experience supporting Adults, Children and Young Adults. They are looking for a Senior Support Worker, overseeing an amazing provision in Worcester, for their Children's service for those with Emotional Behavioural Disorders and Challenging Behaviours.

About you

You will have an empathic understanding of the nature of the task, and an ability to communicate effectively with Parents, young people, work colleagues and outside stakeholders.

You must also have proven skills of communication with children and young people in the care system.
