I am looking for Senior Support Workers with experience working with Children with either Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, or Challenging Behaviours.

Senior Support Worker Benefits:

• Basic salary between £23,930.40 - £25,147.20 (£11.80 - £12.40 per hour)
• Additional sleep-in rate of £62.64 per sleep (1-2 sleeps per week)

You will be leading a staff team on shift whilst supporting the Registered Manager of the children's home. The ideal candidate must also be a driver.

Requirements for the Senior Support Worker:

• Experience working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and sleep-ins
