Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour plus per sleep-in

My client is an exciting leading and growing organisation who support children and young people with behaviours that challenge. Are you a Support Worker who is caring but is emotionally resilient? Do you have you Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)? Then I want to hear from you.

What do you need?

• Ability to work on a rota including some weekends and sleep ins when required
• Experience of working with Children and Young people with challenging behaviours
• Experience of running a shift
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
• Driver with access to car (Preferable)
