Senior Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a charity as a Senior Supervising Social Worker.

About the role

You'll be joining a 'not for profit' organisation who pride themselves on flexible working opportunities and well-being of their staff, supporting your growth and development. You will provide regular support and supervisory visits to foster carers, ensuring that Children are visited regularly, listened to, and given opportunities to be included.

About the team

You must have a degree in Social Work and a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience within Fostering/Family Placements. A working knowledge of childcare legislation, guidance and national standards is essential and a background in children in need, child protection or frontline teams would be considered.

• Salary up to £23,486 including homeworking allowance and OOH allowance.
• 31 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata.
